Location: Sheffield

Remuneration: £30,000 - £36,750 neg + Monthly bonus up to £750 p/m

The role of the Branch Manager Windows & Doors will involve:

• Managing a trade counter selling a range of uPVC windows and doors such as casement, sash, reversible, bi-fold doors, composite, french, and patio
• Selling into fenestration installers, housebuilders, contractors, and occasionally end users
• Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration, sales, and health & safety
• Increasing branch turnover while nurturing existing customer accounts
• Order values range from £300 - £15,000
• Providing training, development, and motivation to a trade counter team of 4 with scope for growth
• Working within stock level guidelines, managing the budget, and allocation of funds
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided

The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager Windows & Doors with:

• Experience within the fenestration industry
• Consideration for candidates outside of fenestration with strong trade sales knowledge and understanding of windows
• Branch/trade counter management experience
• A strong sales background and a desire to grow a branch
• Ability to assist with loading & unloading orders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of H&S practices
• An outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident personality
