Position: Branch Manager - Tools & Plant

Location: Leeds

Sector: Tool & Plant Hire

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Performance Bonuses

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings)

Are you a sales-driven professional with a passion for tool hire? We're seeking a dynamic Manager to lead a 4-person tool & plant hire operation within a busy builders' merchants based in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented individual to drive growth and enhance customer relationships within a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of 3 experienced staff members
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  3. Manage sales strategy with potential and existing customers
  4. Engage in customer relationship management
  5. Conduct site visits as required to strengthen client partnerships
  6. Oversee daily branch operations
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the tool hire or construction industry
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
  5. Customer-focused approach to business development
