Branch Manager/Associate Director

Cheltenham

£35k with an OTE of £61k per annum

An exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead a successful estate agency team in Cheltenham. Join a well-established, independent firm renowned for its exceptional service and strong local reputation.

Salary Package:

  1. £35k basic salary
  2. £4.5k car allowance
  3. £7.5k OTE commission
  4. £11.5k annual bonus/profit share
  5. £2.5k budget incentive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead a high-performing sales team
  2. Conduct valuations and listings
  3. Drive business development and strategy
  4. Oversee client relations with outstanding service
  5. Report and analysis of results

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in residential estate agency - ideally 5 years.
  2. Strong leadership skills
  3. A track record of success within the industry
  4. Ambitious, self-motivated, and well-organised
  5. Full UK driving licence
  6. Energetic team leader with a proven track record in a flagship office.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
