Skills Required:
  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  2. Strong communication skills (both telephone and face-to-face).

Responsibilities:
  1. Client & Temporary Worker Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication.
  2. Payroll: Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support to the branch.
  4. Service Delivery: Uphold and deliver high-quality services aligned with company values.
Working Hours:
  1. Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
  2. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
  3. Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
