Miryco Consultants are partnered with one of the top BPA insurance firms in the market, advising in their search for a Transition Manager to join the team as they continue to grow rapidly.

This role will see you working at the sharp end of the business in a client facing role, guiding transactions from agreement in principle through to completion and integration. As the company continues to break new ground in the market, you will need to be a 'do-er' and comfortable operating in a challenging environment.

Overview:

  • Work as part of the front office team to lead a portfolio of transactions through execution/implementation.
  • Work with the business development and execution teams to agree key contractual terms for each transaction.
  • Participate in new business pitches to present business service capabilities.
  • Conduct detailed due diligence on pension scheme’s admin records and data to ensure that key cleansing items are identified.
  • Project Manage each transaction, liaising with key internal/external stakeholders to deliver effective/commercial solutions through the onboarding journey.

Desired Experience:

  • Preferably 5-8 years of relevant experience in the pensions field.
  • Qualified Actuary preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of DB pensions, specifically de-risking transactions.
