Guildford Spectrum attracts thousands of visitors daily, and we are looking for Bowl Lane Marshalls to join our team here at the Guildford Spectrum Bowling Alley. You will deliver fantastic customer service at all times, ensuring our visitors have a warm and friendly welcome.

As one of our Bowl Lane Marshalls, you’ll be on hand to assist customers with bowling etiquette, which could be anything from ball weights, shoe hire, and the nature of the game. Alongside this, on busy weekends, you will be required to assist in leading the bowl team to ensure that our bowl team delivers the best service possible. Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis. Full training will be provided, and the potential for further training will be available. Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.

6. Ability to promote services and sell the different products that Freedom Leisure offers.
7. Experience working in a customer-facing role would be desirable.
