Job Description:
As part of the Bosch Graduate scheme, we are looking to support the growth of the individual into a rounded IT professional whilst contributing towards the success of the team in supporting digitalization at Bosch.
During the course of the program, we will help the candidate develop skills in the following areas:
- 1st and 2nd level IT support: Evaluate support requests and tickets, solve requests, using standard incident management tools and processes.
- Support for IT device management processes: Installation, deployment, repair, replacement and return of mobiles and laptops.
- Involvement of IT product rollouts – eg: New software and hardware.
- Contribute to internal business projects e.g. mergers and integrations of new businesses, location/office move.
- Provide local infrastructure hands-on support.
- Provision of local IT Services to the business.
- Build trustful partnership with customers, peers and management, developing a consulting mindset to understand customers' needs and to convert them into clear IT requirements and solutions.
- Create IT solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools.
- Working with the IT management team to develop and implement new IT services that support the digitalization of the business.
- Contribute to process improvement and drive efficiency gains within the IT department to improve commercial performance.
- Gain an understanding of, and contribute towards, the commercial performance of the IT department within Bosch.
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT or IT related subject.
- Genuine personal interest in technology.
- Flexibility to adapt to different work packages and technologies.

This role will be based in Denham with travel to Worcester, on a hybrid working pattern of a minimum of two days in the office a week.
