Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for your next challenge? Our client, a dynamic events company, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage financial records and support their finance team. Ideally, you will come from a creative environment already.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase and sales ledger invoices (Procim & Xero)
Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations across multiple companies
Manage team expenses and process payment runs
Assist with VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and pension submissions
Support budgeting, reporting, and month/year-end processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
What We're Looking For:
Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Xero and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Understanding of UK financial regulations is a plus
Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
This is a hybrid working opportunity, where you will be expected to be in the office 1 day per week (Wednesday).
