We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills that can facilitate the smooth running of the site and assist with ensuring the site's targets are met whilst also managing the people.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Promote the company's core values and ensure staff follow in the same footsteps.
  2. Support the ongoing development of a high performing team.
  3. Initiate strategic plans to ensure exceptional customer service is met and maintain the agreed key to key and cycles whilst ensuring repairs are being completed to the highest quality.
  4. Ensure company profits are maximised to the best ability.
  5. Liaise with the internal teams on a regular basis.
ABOUT YOU:
  1. Have strong methodology knowledge ideally within the Bodyshop repair industry.
  2. Experience with managing a site/ Bodyshop and people.
  3. Ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.
  4. Willing to go that extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competence.
