We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills that can facilitate the smooth running of the site and assist with ensuring the site's targets are met whilst also managing the people.
- Promote the company's core values and ensure staff follow in the same footsteps.
- Support the ongoing development of a high performing team.
- Initiate strategic plans to ensure exceptional customer service is met and maintain the agreed key to key and cycles whilst ensuring repairs are being completed to the highest quality.
- Ensure company profits are maximised to the best ability.
- Liaise with the internal teams on a regular basis.
- Have strong methodology knowledge ideally within the Bodyshop repair industry.
- Experience with managing a site/ Bodyshop and people.
- Ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.
- Willing to go that extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competence.
