Job Title: Boat Valeter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Sunseeker Poole. This role involves various aspects of cleaning and valeting the Showcase facilities, ensuring the boat display remains pristine and prepared for client viewings and events throughout the year. You will also support the Showcase Manager by assisting with general housekeeping and other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain the Showcase facilities, including the display of yachts, focusing on both the exterior and interior of boats, including hulls and decks.
2. Ensure all boats are presented to the highest standards.
3. Assist the Showcase Manager with additional tasks as required.
4. Support the team during boat shows and events throughout the year, including occasional weekends or work outside normal hours.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
6. Demonstrate motivation, responsibility, and teamwork by meeting deadlines and contributing positively to the team.
7. Prioritise workload effectively and communicate clearly.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is preferred but not essential.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Full UK driving licence.
