Your Role:

1. Assessment & Planning: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Implementation: Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by our team of RBTs.
3. Training & Supervision: Mentor and provide guidance to RBTs and other staff members.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

1. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
