BMW UK, Financial Services, Farnborough – Quality Analyst - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)

As part of the wider Process Management and Quality department, you will work within our Quality and Training team which is responsible for overseeing the quality of customer interactions. The quality programme business areas across BMW Financial Services, Alphabet, and BMW UK. The team is responsible for providing insightful information on the performance of the correspondence with our customers to varying levels of BMW Management and working with Managers to improve performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to have oversight of many areas of the business and Customer journey. You will also be working with both internal and external partners.

We are seeking an individual who enjoys working with data and has an analytical mindset.

What awaits you?

• Produce actionable insight showing trends and areas of improvement for quality.
• Support the management of the BMW outsource quality assurance provider.
• Assess the Quality of the audits performed by our outsourced quality provider.
• Support the designing of new quality assurance assessments.
• Support the service delivery improvement of operational teams and outsource providers to deliver better customer outcomes.
• Produce and deliver Management Information presentations on quality performance.
• Work with some complex data sets ensuring their accuracy.
• Learn how to manage external providers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Business, Maths, Analytics, or a related field and on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
• A genuine passion and interest in the automotive industry.
• Analytical thinker and ability to use data to show trends and identify root cause.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use your initiative and manage your own projects/workload autonomously.
