My client, a well-known BEMS specialist, is actively seeking additional BMS service & small works engineers. The directors are keen to speak with individuals that have skill sets around BMS service, fault finding & small work quoting, commissioning, and modifications. Being proficient with at least one of the following systems is essential: Trend, Tridium, Cylon, or Delta.

The BMS Service & Small Works Engineer package includes a basic salary of £36,000 - £52,500 + car allowance (£5,400) + pension + private health + bonus on small work quotes and more.

The BMS Service & Small Works Engineer should expect to work in London and surrounding areas. My client is well organized and typically arranges work schedules in advance.
