BMS Sales Manager - London & South East Territory

A genuinely great opportunity for a BMS Sales Manager with a proven background of hitting and exceeding financial targets within the BMS & energy industry. My client is a well-known BMS specialist in the UK who delivers BMS project solutions and service contracts.

The directors are looking to target new business with dormant & existing accounts. The BMS Sales Manager will be tasked with developing & converting new business utilizing past & present customers. The BMS Sales Manager role would be best suited to applicants who are autonomous, organized, target-driven, and customer-focused.

The role sits within the BMS sales team. My client has the structure and know-how to deliver BMS projects & service contracts, so they would be open to discussing a plan on developing the South East. The projects team has experience with delivering BMS projects valuing up to £3,000,000, typically having work ranging between £1,000 - £1,000,000.

As the BMS Sales Manager, you will be a key figure in the BMS project sales process. Skills and experience with putting BMS tenders together and finding the end client a solution is imperative for this role, as well as having a good understanding of BMS service contracts.

The BMS Sales Manager package includes:

1. Up to £65,000 p/a
2. Commission structure (to be discussed)
3. Pension
4. Healthcare
5. Car or car allowance (flexible approach and various options)

The company is open to discussing a realistic initial first-year target. They are keen to speak with self-motivated candidates who will benefit from the commission structure in place.
