We are currently looking for a Biomedical Data Enablement Lead to join a Pharmaceutical company based in Berkshire.

As the Biomedical Data Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for driving a number of data initiatives across the department to support maximizing the value extracted from data.

This role is a hybrid role offering 3 days remote and 2 days on site.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Biomedical Data Enablement Lead will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  1. Develop and roll out guidelines for the proper handling, storage, protection, and dissemination of data, including Knowledge Management guidelines for project teams.
  2. Lead the implementation of data management standards across the department.
  3. Design and deploy a cultural transformation journey to upskill the workforce on the proper management and usage of data as part of the Digital Education efforts.
  4. Actively engage in the Data and Technology Enablement Group, overseeing data acquisition efforts and acting as the department community manager for the global data catalogue.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
