PERSON SPECIFICATION - Biology Teacher

1. Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
2. Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs
3. Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
4. Strong Biology Teacher with good subject knowledge
5. Must be willing to listen to feedback
