Bilingual - Welsh & English Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location - Work from Home

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-8pm AND Sat 9am-12:30pm (rotational shifts between these hours, 37.5 hours weekly)

Salary - £10.90 per hour

Requirement: Must be Fluent in speaking Welsh

As a Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisor you’ll be the very first point of contact for our customers. You’ll need lots of patience, but with your unflappable nature and personal approach, you’ll calmly reassure them that you’re there to help.
