Bilingual Onsite Supervisor

Onsite Supervisor:

• Saturday- Monday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Weekly Pay | Pay: $23.50/hr (Monthly bonuses + Overtime availability)
• Location: York, PA

This role partners with branch personnel to support client operations, enhance recruiting efficiency, and ensure seamless daily operations. Responsibilities:

• Build a strong relationship with the Midway Staffing team and client partner.
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all new hire documentation is complete and first-day details are communicated effectively.
• Recruit and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and recommend top talent for placement.
• Assist with payroll processing and timecard approvals.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Previous recruiting, on-site, or staffing experience (preferred).
• Flexibility and ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
