Join Serco's Bidding team as a Bid Writer and articulate detailed information to secure impactful government contracts. Drawing on your strengths in writing and collaborating with colleagues, you'll be vital in delivering our strategic ambitions. Compiling knowledge and workstreams in a coherent and customer-centric manner for bids in the UK, you'll play a valuable role in effectively communicating our winning propositions and solutions.
As a Bid Writer, you'll provide professional and high-quality support for bids as small as £3m to larger £500m TCV opportunities. Working closely with the rest of the bidding team, you'll develop an in-depth understanding of our proposed solutions and produce quality bids that meet our customer's brief. Being a part of our forward-thinking team, you will have access to progressive technologies such as Autogen AI to support you in the production of written responses, storyboards, and other bidding collateral!
