Exciting opportunity for a high profile global engineering company with offices in UK, EU & China.

Requires Structural / Mechanical/ Civil Engineering degree. Plus Bid Management /Commercial Background in Offshore Wind Fabrication – for tenders, bids & delivery of projects.

Company

Well-established and respected company with large scale Projects for major clients. Our client has expanded into Project Management for Offshore Wind Fabrication.

With long term contracts to design & sign off on fabrication of offshore wind foundations (mix of jackets, monopiles & floating).

We are currently fulfilling the role on behalf of the client.

Role

Responsibility for Bids, Tender and Business Development.

To bid/ tender/ estimate for Fabrication.

Essential Requirements

1. Structural / Mechanical/ Civil Engineering degree
2. Bid management experience
3. Commercial Background in Offshore Wind
4. Engineering background in offshore wind– at either a contractor, consultancy or client.
5. Commercial Experience in Offshore Wind is essential.

Advantage:

1. Experience in commercial aspects of offshore wind (design, fabrication, installation)
2. Professional qualifications/ membership/ chartered an advantage.
3. Knowledge of codes.

Engineering degree and experience of Offshore Wind Fabrication is essential for this role.
