Salary: £50k + 10%

The Company

Bid Manager opportunity to join our client and be part of an established and successful waste services organisation. Due to growing demand, we are in search of a Bid Manager to join the Commercial Team.

The Role

1. As Bid Manager, you will lead the bid process from cradle to grave, developing win strategies to submission and successful contract award.
2. You will review all new opportunities aligning with our Senior Management Team and Bid Decision process.
3. As Bid Manager, you will write proposals conveying operational, technical, and commercial solutions.
4. You will nurture positive business relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver the bid process.
5. You will ensure Document Management and CRM systems are monitored and up to date.

The Successful Candidate

1. The successful candidate will have a proven track record leading in a Bid Management position.
2. You will have experience of writing complex Public Sector bids.
3. Experience of bids in industrial product sectors would be advantageous, but we would also be interested in waste services, manufacturing, or engineering.
4. The successful candidate will have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
5. You will have natural relationship-building skills and the ability to work positively and collaboratively.
6. You will be enthusiastic and have an adaptable and professional attitude.
7. You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work.
