About the Role:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and enhance client services. You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into insightful, actionable intelligence that drives strategic decision-making and enhances client offerings.

Your expertise will empower your team and the client to effectively utilise data for optimising media strategies, improving campaign performance, and delivering exceptional output and results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust BI solutions that align with business goals and meet client expectations.

You will have the ability to leverage data to drive client success and maintain a competitive edge in the fast-paced media landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, to meet business and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain processes to integrate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all platforms.
  • Create data models and visualisations that enable stakeholders to easily interpret data trends and make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client services, to support data-driven initiatives and optimize media campaigns.
  • Document BI processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference and training purposes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of BI tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in media analytics to enhance performance outputs and provide recommended improvements.
