Job Description

SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant

1. Should have 13+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a minimum of 2-3 S/4 HANA implementation experiences and 1 rollout experience in S/4 HANA.
2. Should have experience in managing the client.
3. Should be able to lead a team of FICO Consultants working at different locations.
4. Should have experience in managing the FICO module independently and working effectively with customer business teams and project teams.
5. Should have experience in concept workshop discussions with customers, process designing, and blueprint preparation (BBP) and configuring the processes in the system.
6. Should have experience in preparing Functional Spec (FS) for custom developments, unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, and go-live/support.
7. Configure and personalize SAP Finance modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Asset Accounting (FA) (AA).
8. Should have a good understanding of integration with MM, Quality Management, Production, Sales, Project Systems, and Plant Maintenance.
9. Good experience in Indian Project / GST.
10. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience with SAP Finance systems, as well as superior communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
