Reward and Benefits Advisor

Contract: 6 month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £45,000-£52,000

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days a week on site

Your new role will be a key part of the HR team, supporting the delivery and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and activities.

  • Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to review and improve the benefits offering to all colleagues across the business.
  • Support the administration of key processes linked to reward, including salary review, bonus processing and flexible holiday schemes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on reward, benefits and compensation to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate external compensation and benefits survey participation.
  • Support the administration of benefits, including critical illness scheme, life assurance, cycle to work and season ticket loans.
  • Work with the Head of HR and SLT to coordinate the internal job evaluation panel process.
  • Previous experience of working within a Reward or Benefits role or within an HR generalist role is essential.
  • Data analysis skills, with the ability to manipulate information for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
