Apple's Benefits team is seeking a highly collaborative, driven, and passionate business analyst. This individual will be a key team member responsible for ensuring that benefit programs are operating in full compliance with laws, policies, and stated procedures. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence across our program portfolio.

Description - Establish operational excellence by engaging with third parties to audit the performance of benefit programs. - Build an automated workflow to inform, track and ensure timely completion of all compliance reporting and filings in coordination with program managers. - Monitor evolving legislative changes and compliance reporting with external experts to understand cost and impact of required changes. - Evaluate, recommend and implement payment integrity solution related to fraud, waste and abuse to ensure objective oversight of TPAs. - Support proposed design changes to assess administration, compliance and employee experience in coordination with design and program partners. - Participate in reviews, assessment and recommendations of future vendor request for proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with external consultants and procurement - Additional support to benefit plan managers for vendor transitions, program oversight and plan design changes. - Provide additional vendor management and administration support to program managers - Serve as liaison to Benefits Admin and People Support - Support change management of annual Open Enrollment activities including communications review, UAT testing and integration oversight - Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in administration of programs leveraging internal tools and external expertise.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of business analyst work

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
