As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful benefits programs that support employees across Europe. Be a part of a collaborative environment where you will partner with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Communications to ensure seamless benefits operations. Your expertise will be essential in advising stakeholders on benefit programs, managing operational readiness for annual enrollment, launching new benefits, and maintaining the existing portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-class benefits program and directly impact employee well-being.

What You'll Do:

  • Support day-to-day benefits operations for one or more European countries.
  • Consult with and advise stakeholders on benefit programs, eligibility, coverage, and claims procedures.
  • Manage operational readiness for annual enrollment and other key events.
  • Launch new benefits and implement changes to existing benefits.
  • Maintain the existing portfolio of benefits.
  • Focus on benefits content and communications.
  • Conduct data security reviews for third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate extensively with Payroll, Benefits Administration, HR, Finance, Communications, and other teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing multi-country benefits programs.
  • Deep knowledge of benefit design and administration, including healthcare, pensions, payroll integration, and tax implications.
  • Experience leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Polish and familiarity with the Polish benefits landscape (Multisport, Social Fund, PPK, etc.) would be a bonus!
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in vendor management and driving performance improvements.
  • Experience building scalable operational processes and partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of the EMEA regional benefits landscape.
