Bench Joiners

We are looking for a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team at our factory in Fforestfach. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality wooden components and joinery products, working from technical drawings and specifications. You will work with a range of materials, ensuring precision and attention to detail to meet both client and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components for bespoke joinery projects
2. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
3. Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
4. Ensuring the quality and accuracy of finished products
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
6. Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, with a strong background in woodworking
2. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent) preferred
3. Experience working with a variety of wood and joinery techniques
4. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
