About the Role:

As a key member of the joinery workshop, you will work alongside the Joinery Team Leader to produce high-quality, bespoke joinery items. If you're someone who takes pride in delivering top-notch results, with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the Joinery Team Leader to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
2. Plan, prioritize, and organize your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
3. Assemble bespoke joinery components to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and precision.
4. Coordinate project requirements to maximize productivity and efficiency.
5. Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

1. Desired 3 years of experience as a Bench Joiner, with a proven ability to produce high-quality work.
2. Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
3. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
4. Proficient in reading and working from technical drawings.
5. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
6. A methodical approach to work and excellent problem-solving skills.
