Job Overview
We are currently working with a rapidly expanding business who are looking to hire a number of Bench Hand Joiners for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry and joinery, with the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials. You should also be able to spray or use a CNC machine.

Responsibilities

1. Utilise power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble wooden components.
2. Construct and install wooden fixtures, fittings, doors, and furniture.
3. Fabricate and assemble wooden parts to create high-quality finished products.

Experience

1. Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner.
2. Proficiency in joinery techniques and woodworking processes.
3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
4. Strong attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills for on-the-job challenges.
