Join us as a Behavioural Science Analyst

  • This influential role will see you supporting the development and provision of consultancy support on all aspects of culture using behavioural science and applied psychology expertise.

What you'll do

As a Behavioural Science Analyst, you’ll be helping to promote our culture strategy. This will involve undertaking research and analysis to provide insight that supports the design and delivery of culture initiatives across the bank. Sharing knowledge gained from internal and external research, you’ll also support other teams with the latest thinking around behavioural and psychological insights.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning of work and resources as well as the project management of culture initiatives.
  • Undertaking, translating, and utilising internal and external research to inform the design and support the implementation of culture initiatives.
  • Producing and sharing strategy insight updates to the team and key stakeholders.
The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with both knowledge and a keen interest in psychology and behavioural science principles, coupled with practical experience in research, data analysis, and evaluation. You’ll also have a background in interpreting people and business data, and of drawing conclusions to inform all aspects of culture. You’ll already hold a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Behavioural Science or Occupational Psychology.
