Behaviour Support Role – Slough
Pay: £80-£100 per day
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

We’re seeking passionate Graduates and candidates interested in supporting children with behavioural and mental health needs in a full-time position. This is a great opportunity to work in a Special School for those looking to build hands-on experience, particularly for those considering careers in criminal justice, therapy, or counselling.

Role Overview:
  1. Provide Behaviour Support to children with behavioural and emotional challenges
  2. Assist teachers in creating and implementing strategies to support positive behaviour
  3. Offer one-to-one or group Behaviour Support throughout the school day
  4. Help foster a positive learning environment through proactive Behaviour Support
  5. Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
