Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role:

• Support students with behavioural issues
• Work alongside them on a 1:1 basis
• Support academic progress
• Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team
• Reports and observations will need to be recorded

Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Qualifications required:

• Degree or previous experience in behaviour management role
• Prior education / classroom experience
• Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
