Location: Manchester, NH 03101

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

** $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR ALL CLINICAL POSITIONS. **

Job Description:

Our case manager provides mental health services to children and adolescents as a part of a community-based treatment team. The position provides an opportunity for rewarding work with families in need of mental health support, consultation with dedicated colleagues, and many growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Case management, including an assessment of the needs of the child/adolescent and family.
  2. Active collaboration with community providers and services.
  3. Using therapeutic skills.
  4. Consultation with medication providers and clinical staff.
  5. Developing treatment plans utilizing an electronic medical record.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Commitment to teamwork.
  2. Self-Starter, Independent.
  3. Time management and organizational skills are a must.
  4. Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.
