Beauty Therapist

An exciting opportunity for a Beauty Therapist to work with an innovative skincare brand in a luxury department store in Brent Cross. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) for a fixed term of 6 months.

The Role

As a Level 3 Beauty Therapist, you’ll be the face of this luxury brand, delivering exceptional skincare treatments and personalised consultations in a beautifully designed treatment room. Your goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships. You'll introduce both domestic and international clients to the brand’s indulgent skincare rituals, helping them discover the perfect treatments and products for their needs.

How You'll Dazzle Us

We’re looking for a skilled, confident, and results-driven Beauty Therapist who:

• Holds an NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty – this is essential.
• Has experience in a spa or skin clinic and beauty counter setting.
• Can confidently perform treatments and pass a trade test.
• Delivers exceptional personalised customer service with warmth and professionalism.
• Is available for a two-week paid training programme.
• Is flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Has a strong sales mindset and is driven to exceed targets and build a loyal clientele.
• Is well-groomed, polished, and represents the brand’s elegant image.
