Key Responsibilities

Essential skills/experience you'll need

1. Great customer service skills.
2. Ability to demonstrate makeup and skin care.
3. Keen interest in beauty and be up to date on the latest trends.

Desirable skills/experience you may have

1. Previous experience in a beauty or skincare role beneficial but not essential.
2. Creating social media content.

As a Beauty Guide, you'll be involved in creating the ultimate cosmetic shopping experience for our customers through personalised appointments, shop floor demonstrations and events. You'll help customers to discover the very best products from across our Beauty Hall, providing inspirational and impartial beauty and skincare advice. You'll also be creating social media content to showcase our latest trends and offers. Varied hours of full and part time work across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends.
