Beauty Content Coordinator

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Content Creator & Coordinator to join a dynamic beauty brand looking to elevate its social media presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a love for beauty, photography, videography, and social media to make a significant impact and help grow a vibrant online community.

Role Overview: As the Content Creator & Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of all social media content, from ideas to production, editing, and posting. Your role will focus on creating engaging, visually appealing content that resonates with the brand's audience across a range of platforms. If you are a creative individual with a strong understanding of social media dynamics and a keen eye for styling, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Produce and edit engaging social media content, including still images, GIFs, and videos, tailored for different digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
2. Shoot Production: Take ownership of social media content shoots - from concept to final execution. This includes pitching ideas, creating mood boards, managing shoots (minimum of 3 days a week), and producing at least 25 assets per week.
3. Styling & Photography: Showcase your creativity by styling beauty products for both video and still shoots, ensuring the content is both on-brand and captivating.
4. Copywriting: Write compelling captions for each post, ensuring it aligns with the content and brand voice.
5. Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media, cultural, and digital trends, applying this knowledge to create timely and relevant content.
6. Audience Engagement: Utilise your expertise to help build and engage a growing online community across multiple platforms.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to ensure all content meets the brand's objectives and high-quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Passion for Beauty & Social Media: A genuine love for beauty products, photography, and social media, particularly in the context of beauty and lifestyle.
2. A proven ability to create stunning visual content, from still images to video, with a keen eye for product styling.
3. Experience and knowledge of key social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) and a deep understanding of how content performs on each.
4. Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas that resonate with the audience.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
7. A strong portfolio showcasing your photography, videography, and content creation skills is essential.
