Beauty Consultant

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Beauty Consultant/Beauty Therapist. This is a mobile role where you will support the brand in various locations for social events. You will be working in Department Stores in most London Regions including Regent Street and Kingston. This role requires flexibility and working 2 days per week. This stunning brand is world-renowned and respected for its high-quality products - skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair products!

As a Mobile Beauty Consultant, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers in each of your stores. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits the brand at all times.

Experience:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Beauty is advantageous
• Ability to provide excellent personalised customer service
• Flexibility during retail hours, this may include evening, weekend and bank holidays
• Desire to learn product knowledge
• Previous beauty retail industry experience
• Willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service
• Driven and results orientated
• Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale.
• You will be able to demonstrate skincare and make-up application knowledge, and through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customers’ needs.
• Immaculately groomed and presented
• Organised and punctual
