As a Beauty Sales Advisor, you will be the expert in our beauty department, offering personalised advice, product demonstrations, and a luxurious shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for beauty and dedication to customer satisfaction will help our customers look and feel their best.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Utilize your deep knowledge of beauty products to offer tailored advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
• Conduct in-store demonstrations and consultations to showcase the benefits of our beauty products.
• Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending the perfect products.
• Assist in creating visually stunning beauty displays that attract customers and highlight key products.
• Ensure the beauty area is well-stocked, organized, and that inventory levels are maintained.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications:

• A passion for all things beauty, with a strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
• Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
• Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and consultations.
• Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
• Previous experience in beauty retail or a similar role is highly desirable.
