About the role :

We currently have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Beauty Advisor to join our friendly and vibrant team on Bridge Road in Richmond. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, sales and recommendations relating to cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and other ‘over the counter' products.

Key responsibilities :

• Greet and acknowledge customers who enter the Beauty area of the pharmacy
• Deliver a positive customer experience through your advice and assistance on Fragrance, Cosmetics and Skincare products
• Promote and support our key brands in Chanel, Dior, Erre Due, Lancôme, Loccitane, Artdeco and Natio
• Organise and ensure displays, shelves and in-store promotions are well presented and are appealing
• Oversee and ensure the profitability of the Beauty Department

We are looking for a passionate and customer service-focused individual who is eager to further their career whilst delivering exceptional service and beauty advice to our patients. Our ideal candidate will have :

• Previous experience in cosmetic, skincare and fragrance sales (Essential)
• Experience in delivering a high level of customer service
• Developed organisational skills
• Ability to build customer rapport and trust
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
