Job Description:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant ready to take on a new challenge in an exciting role. Based in a leafy and prestigious area of Birmingham, we are seeking a PA who is eager to make their voice heard and support four executives in the day-to-day running of their activities. This role involves managing complex diaries (with up to 12 months of planning), general administration, and helping to organise events. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Complex diary management, including organising schedules up to 12 months in advance
  2. Taking minutes during meetings
  3. General administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  4. Assisting with the organisation of events and projects
  5. Arranging travel for four directors both in the UK and internationally when required
  6. Managing and processing confidential financial information
  7. Handling a range of enquiries and redirecting them as necessary
  8. Organising high-profile meetings and events
Skills and Experience Required:
  1. Friendly and positive attitude
  2. Strong attention to detail
  3. Excellent organisational skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook
  5. Ability to use initiative and work independently when needed
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  7. Previous administrative experience is preferable
  8. A robust work ethic and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  9. Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
