BD & Marketing Executive, London (SE1), up to £40k with hybrid working

About the Firm

They are a multi-specialist law firm that’s expanding - both organically and through acquisition. The BD & Marketing team is thriving and now is an exciting time to get involved in shaping the firm’s future success.

As a BD & Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in business development (BD) and client experience (CX) across all departments. You’ll work closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) and fee earners, helping to drive BD plans, improve networking skills, and develop initiatives to generate quality leads. You’ll also help implement CX strategies, ensuring that client service is at the heart of everything the firm does.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

  1. Create and execute BD plans with HODs
  2. Coach fee earners on networking, public speaking, and client follow-ups
  3. Support cross-selling initiatives and lead conversion strategies

Client Experience:

  1. Roll out CX initiatives across the firm
  2. Monitor client feedback and mystery shopper results

Systems & Measurement:

  1. Support the implementation of a new CRM system
  2. Track and measure BD and marketing success, ensuring ROI

What They Are Looking For

  • Proactive and confident communicator
  • Experience in BD and Marketing, ideally within professional services
  • CIM Diploma (or working towards it) is a plus!
