You are an individual with a passion for creating extraordinary cocktails, making great drinks and creating well-balanced and memorable experiences. Focused on continuous and seamless guest service, you will have fantastic communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards. To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker and a strong team player.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …

As Bartender, you will receive orders and serve guests requests completely and timely whilst maintaining the highest level of service. You will create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc. Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times and have a good understanding of wines and spirits.

WHO ARE WE …

Located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront and overlooking Milford Marina, this exciting new hotel will be operated and managed by the team behind the iconic Celtic Manor Resort when it opens in the Spring of 2022. Part of The Celtic Collection’s growing portfolio of T? Hotels, the hotel will boast 100 guest bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a private dining area and an activity suite. T? Hotel Milford Waterfront is being built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and will provide another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire. Four floors of bedroom accommodation will house a variety of bedroom types, including family rooms, making it the ideal base for purposeful travellers for both business and leisure.
