Location: THE PIG - in the South Downs, Arundel, West Sussex.

We are currently looking for a skilled Bartender to join our bar team.

Our bars at THE PIG's are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind. This provides the essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.

As a Bartender, you will be required to support the day-to-day running of the bar by ensuring a creative service is provided to our guests. You will be required to maintain the bar, making sure it's clean and presentable at all times. A genuine interest in developing your beverage knowledge is essential along with the passion towards keeping up with current trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the day-to-day running of the bar.
2. Ensure a creative service is provided to guests.
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar.
4. Develop beverage knowledge and keep up with current trends.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred.
2. Knowledge of classic cocktails and skills to mix modern twists.
