Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
Genuine interest in developing beverage knowledge.

Location: THE PIG - at Combe, Honiton, Devon

OTE £14.21 per hour, including tronc.

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week. Overtime available as/when required.

Start: April 2025

We are currently looking for a skilled Bartender to join our bar team.

Our bars at THE PIG's are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind, providing essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused with herbs, flowers, and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon, and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do, all stemming from the creative minds of our bar team.

As a Bartender, you will support the day-to-day running of the bar by ensuring a creative service is provided to our guests. You will maintain the bar, ensuring it's clean and presentable at all times. A genuine interest in developing your beverage knowledge is essential, along with a passion for keeping up with current trends.

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred, along with knowledge of classic cocktails and skills to mix modern twists!
