Bartender and Waiter / Waitress

Rayan Meze & Grill is a stylish Turkish fine dining restaurant, bar, and shisha lounge offering high-quality cuisine, live music, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are currently hiring skilled and motivated individuals for a dual role as Bartender & Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining and bar experience.
2. Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers.
4. Operate the bar confidently, including use of beer taps, mixers, and other equipment.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas.
6. Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
7. Assist in setting up and closing down the bar and restaurant.
8. Maintain a friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach at all times.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a bartender and/or waiter/waitress in a busy hospitality setting.
2. Knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wines, and beer tap operation.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
5. Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
