Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened the doors to 27 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium and Italy). Our mission? Join our amazing team as our Bartender!
- You will be part of a BIG MAMMA Bar team.
- You will be preparing drinks and mixing cocktails during the service.
- You will be opening and closing the bar and completing needed prep.
- You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day.
- You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a 'problem solver' attitude.
- Big Smile and passion for Italian food.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- £17.21 per hour + Tronc Point.
- 5 days working week with 2 consecutive days off.
