Bartender

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join the Shambles team. As Bartender, your role is to make sure that our guests have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun, and make an impact.

Your main responsibilities are:

1. Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to all customers, creating memorable experiences.
2. Mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service, and ensuring it is in pristine condition at all times.

What we are looking for

1. 1 year's experience in a busy high-profile bar or restaurant.
2. Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails (made fresh to order), wines, and a specific will to expand your knowledge in wine.
3. Team player who communicates well with all other colleagues.
4. Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy with a sense of urgency.
5. Yes, yes, yes mentality.
6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Have a genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
