Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Barrister / Acting Solicitor in Civil Litigation with a minimum of 3-5 years PQE, based in Gibraltar with the option for some remote work. The role will involve providing legal advice, representing clients in courts, handling labor and employment law cases, and conducting fraud investigations.

Qualifications

• Legal Advice and Court representation skills
• Experience in Labor and Employment Law
• Ability to conduct Fraud Investigations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Civil Litigation
• Knowledge of Gibraltar legal system is a plus
• Qualified Barrister or Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE
