Situated within the prestigious Sofitel London St James, Wild Honey is a celebrated Michelin Star restaurant, known for its exceptional culinary experiences and impeccable service. We take pride in offering a sophisticated and welcoming environment where guests can indulge in the finest flavours.

We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team and contribute to our high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas, and other beverages to complement our Michelin-starred dining experience.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the barista station and back-of-house areas.
• Assisting in plate clearing and maintaining a smooth flow of service.
• Running food from the kitchen to the dining area with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with the front-of-house team to provide seamless service.
• Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Upholding the exceptional service standards of Wild Honey St James.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fine dining or Michelin Star environment is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-standard environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service and contributing to an outstanding dining experience.
