Barista (LIFT Shoreditch)

LIFT is a coffee roaster in London. We are always looking to work with exciting and passionate people to serve our customers with the most interesting and high quality coffees from around the World.

We are currently looking for a full-time barista to join our team at our Shoreditch Location.

We are looking for applicants who:

1. Are passionate about coffee and hospitality
2. Are willing to adapt and learn, flexible and a team player
3. Have a positive – can do attitude
4. Have exceptional customer service
5. Are efficient working under pressure, able to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Have experience dialling in espresso
7. Can pour good latte art
8. Pays attention to details
9. Maintains high standards
